The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering help finding nearby restaurants and offering to arrange transportation. the location was convenient, being close to a shopping mall and a main road.

The soundproofing was terrible. We could hear conversations from neighboring rooms and even at the front desk.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the variety and quality of the breakfast options, which included everything from fresh fruits to eggs, bacon, and pastries. The location was also great, as it was within walking distance of several attractions and restaurants in the area. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high, as I could hear conversations and noises from the neighboring rooms and hallway. The walls seemed to be quite thin and not soundproofed enough.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this hotel. The breakfast selection was great with many options to choose from. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and welcoming, even going above and beyond to make sure guests have a pleasant stay, like securing last-minute tickets to events and guiding them to the right entrance. the rooms were relatively clean and comfortable, equipped with amenities like flat-screen TVs and air conditioning. the breakfast buffet was of good quality and had plenty of options, making it a great start to the day.

The hotel could improve its soundproofing to prevent noise from neighboring rooms and the front desk from disturbing guests.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast with lots of choices, outstanding service from the manager helping with Carnival tickets and guiding us to the entrance. Luggage storage provided for free.
